Job summary

Lincare Holdings in Kokomo, Indiana seeks a customer service representative to engage with customers by answering questions, resolving problems, and supporting ongoing product and service needs in line with physician direction.

You will document calls in the computerized record keeping system, enter orders, verify demographics, read patient orders, and assist with training of employees while communicating effectively with coworkers and patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Computer entry is required.
• Must meet licensing requirements for specific location.
