Job summary

Lincare Holdings in Houma, LA seeks a dedicated customer service representative to communicate with customers, answer questions, resolve problems, and determine ongoing product/service needs.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, document interactions, enter orders, and support staff training while ensuring accuracy of patient information and compliance with physician orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Computer data entry required.

• Assesses customer need for additional products/services
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
• Enters customer orders in computerized system

• Read and analyze documents such as patient orders

Education & Experience

• High SchoolDiploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training
