Job summary

Lincare Holdings is seeking a customer service professional to communicate with customers and help determine ongoing product and service needs. The role includes answering questions, educating customers on products and services, and documenting calls and orders in the system.

Responsibilities also include updating demographic information, reading patient orders, understanding pharmacy terminology, and assisting with training of employees while ensuring compliance with physician directions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Computer entry required.
• Must meet licensing requirements for specific location.

Education & Experience:

• High SchoolDiploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training
