Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Crystal, MN to assist customers with products and services, manage rentals using U-Scan, and handle truck and trailer hookups. The role requires on-site work at the Crystal location and involves equipment inspection and customer education.

Training includes hitch installation, propane and forklift certification offered upon employment, plus ongoing education through U-Haul University. Salary is hourly with eligibility for benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
