HireLevel is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service / Production Assistant for a well-established insurance agency in Ridgway, IL. This entry-level role focuses on helping customers in person and over the phone and provides training to obtain a Property & Casualty license after hire.

You will greet visitors, handle calls, update accounts, maintain records, and support front-office tasks using the Navigator system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service, retail, receptionist, or office experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Friendly, outgoing, and personable approach with customers.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy front-office setting.

HireLevel is looking for a Customer Service / Production Assistant for a well-established insurance agency in Ridgway, Illinois. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, brings positive energy to the workplace, and wants to build a career in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, and comfortable assisting customers both in person and over the phone. No insurance license is required to start. The agency will support the selected candidate in obtaining a Property & Casualty (P&C) License after hire.

Location: Ridway, IL. Shift: Monday-Friday 8 AM- 4PM, 1 hour lunch. Compensation: $18.00-$20.00/hour. Similar Positions: Insurance Customer Service, Administrative Assistant, Front Office Assistant.
