Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Missouri to be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers, manage rentals using U-Haul technology, and help move and set up equipment including trucks and trailers.

The role involves inspecting equipment, answering questions, and educating customers about available products and services. Training is provided via U-Haul University and on-the-job education is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment and ensure safety and readiness for use.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and wiring as needed.
• Fill propane and forklift operations may be required after training.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
