U-Haul International, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Florence, SC. You will be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and related needs at our retail location.

You’ll use U-Scan technology to dispatch and return equipment, assist with invoices, and participate in ongoing U-Haul education. A safety mindset, valid license, and high school diploma are required; part-time hours are available, with benefits and bonuses offered where

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; clean and inspect equipment.
