Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative at our West Columbia, SC location. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers with rentals, using U-Scan technology to dispatch and return equipment, and helping move and hook up trucks and trailers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Educate customers regarding products and services and answer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring and fill propane.
• Drive a forklift and complete other duties as assigned.
