Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative in Greenville, South Carolina. In this role, you will assist customers with U-Haul products while working in a team environment. Your responsibilities will include managing rentals and helping customers using up-to-date technology.

The position offers training, a $100 hiring bonus, and a $300 cash bonus after completing an equipment inspection certification. Additionally, U-Haul provides various benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Ability to handle physical exertion, such as moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Willingness to use safety precautions and protective gear.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services.
• Use technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
• Educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and manage returned equipment.
