Job summary

UniFirst seeks a dedicated Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison between customers and the company. The role includes assisting customers by phone/email, supporting the Sales Department, and handling accounts receivable tasks. Training will be provided as part of a comprehensive onboarding program.

The position emphasizes strong communication, data entry accuracy, and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced environment with a 5-day work week and weekend days off.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting preferred.
• Prior Accounts Receivable experience encouraged.
• Verbal & written communication skills with professional telephone and email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services by telephone or email.
• Provide excellent customer service to both customers and UniFirst personnel.
• Perform accounts receivable duties: calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through the escalation process.
• Partner and provide administrative support to UniFirst’s Sales Department.
• Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties.
