Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers, help manage rentals with U-Scan technology, and ensure equipment is clean and ready. This role includes on-the-job education and opportunities to advance within the company.

You can start today and get paid today, with two hands-on interviews and a $100 hiring bonus plus a $300 certification bonus after completion of equipment inspection and verification requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or guest-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
