Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of its exceptional service. You will assist customers, inspect and maintain equipment, and use U-Scan tech to dispatch rentals and manage inventory. This role features on-the-job education and hands-on interviews with paid bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including fluids and safety checks.
• Educate customers about products and services and answer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
