Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service. You will help customers, inspect and maintain equipment, and use mobile technology to dispatch and return equipment. This role includes on-the-job education and opportunities to grow within the company.

We offer a hiring bonus and a cash bonus upon completion of the equipment inspection program, along with several benefits and career advancement opportunities at retail stores.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Customer service skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
