U-Haul International, Inc. in Guntersville, Alabama is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to assist customers with U-Haul products and services. You will work as part of a team, help dispatch and return equipment, and ensure customers get the support they need on their journeys.

This part-time position offers on-the-job education, two hands-on interviews with pay, and potential bonuses. The role includes health insurance options, paid holidays, ESOP, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• The work involves physical demands including lifting and moving equipment as required.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane and forklift operation (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Other duties as assigned and participate in ongoing U-Haul education.
