Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Florence, AL seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team, assisting customers with products and services and using U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.

You'll help move and hook up trucks, inspect equipment, prepare invoices, and participate in ongoing U-Haul education. The role includes a part-time schedule with on-site work and eligibility for company benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
