U-Haul in Charleston, WV is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, use U-Scan tech to manage rentals, inspect equipment, and help guests with questions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
