U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in Fayetteville, NC. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers at the center, using U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory, and helping with equipment inspections.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including fluids and safety checks.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
