Job summary

U-Haul in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our brand, assisting customers with rentals and equipment using U-Scan technology. You will work with a supportive team and participate in ongoing U-Haul education to ensure excellent service on every journey.

The role includes on-the-job training, potential career advancement, and bonuses for hiring and performance. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required, with forklift and propane

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane fueling may be required.
