Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan, and help move and inspect equipment across our centers.

The role includes learning on the job and potential certifications for propane, hitch installation, and forklift operation. We offer career stability, benefits, and opportunities for advancement as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to move and lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and prepare rental invoices.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane fill and forklift operation if certified.
