Job summary

A&C Pest Management, a growing family-owned business, is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Experience: Previous customer service experience is required, preferably in the pest control or service industry.
• Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages professionally and courteously.
• Assist customers with questions regarding pest control services, pricing, and treatment options.
• Resolve customer concerns effectively and escalated issues when necessary.
• Schedule pest control appointments and route technicians efficiently.
• Confirm and remind customers of upcoming service appointments.
• Monitor the daily schedule to ensure timely service delivery.
• Promote and upsell additional services or maintenance plans.
• Provide accurate information on service packages, warranties, and terms.
• Process service agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the company database.
• Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
• Generate and review service reports for accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and management to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and recurring issues to improve processes.
