Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and support team. You will help customers, manage rentals using U-Scan technology, and ensure equipment is inspected and ready for use at our Wilmington, NC location.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in-store and on-site, educating customers on products, and maintaining accurate rental records. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required; opportunities for

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to assist customers and explain products and services clearly.
• Comfort with using technology and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Inspect, hook up, and move U-Haul equipment when required.
• Prepare invoices and process returns for rentals.
