Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer or tablet
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time arrival
• Cross-train in other areas to support store operations
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint tint/mix, pipe parts, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
