Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic operations.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties as required.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock merchandise and monitor shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to assist customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
