You will engage with customers throughout the day and support store operations with a friendly, solution-focused approach. Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including data input, access, and modification.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver excellent service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/build as needed).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
