Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience using a computer including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• Minimum 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform duties as required.
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
