This role emphasizes friendly service, fast learning, and the ability to work across teams. Requirements include basic computer and retail tech experience, reading/writing arithmetic, and physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Six months of computer use experience.
• Six months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted (or more with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Stock and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and perform other duties as assigned.
