Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Idaho Falls. You will welcome customers, help them find products and services for home improvement, and ensure customer needs are met throughout the day.

This role involves assisting with inventory, answering questions, and supporting checkout processes. Other duties vary by department, with opportunities to gain skills in appliances, hardware, and more.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones/tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform job duties
• Minimum lift 25 lbs, unassisted or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock replenishment and shelf maintenance
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood, drywall)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
