Qualifications

• Basic computer use for data entry and navigation
• Experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform duties for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unaided or with assistance as needed

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time pickup or delivery
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint mixing, pipe cutting, wood cutting)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
