Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly service throughout their store. You may work in Appliances, Hardware, or other departments based on need, with duties including stocking, assisting customers, and ensuring orders and deliveries are accurate.

The role supports part-time schedules with a range of store benefits and opportunities for growth. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut materials) to meet customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
