Lowe's in Springfield, MA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, stock shelves, and support multiple departments as needed.

The role requires basic computer use, familiarity with retail tech, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 25 lbs. Training and growth opportunities are available across store teams.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform duties as required.
• Lifts up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service goals.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (paint, pipe, wood, drywall, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
