Job summary

The role involves assisting across departments, stocking merchandise, and processing orders while maintaining high service standards. Training is provided, with potential for growth and part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic required.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties.
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise and monitor shelves for gaps.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service delivery.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
