Job summary

Lowe's in Grand Rapids is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement. You’ll engage with shoppers, answer questions, and ensure customer needs are met throughout the day.

Responsibilities include stocking, assisting with merchandise, processing orders and deliveries, and possible cross-training in other departments. Prior retail and bilingual skills are a plus for this team.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer for basic tasks (6 months).
• Experience with common retail technology (smartphones, tablets) (6 months).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; standing and other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and shelf maintenance.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare merchandise in department to meet customer needs.
