U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and assist customers at the center. You will help with equipment inspection, dispatch, and returns, using U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.

The role includes hands-on tasks like moving trucks, installing hitches, and fueling propane, with training opportunities through U-Haul University. We offer a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 completion bonus, plus benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and various

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to assist customers and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
