Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer service role (home services or tech industry experience is a plus).

• Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (but we’ll train the right person!).
• A team player who’s excited about growth and contributing to success.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
