The role requires a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with an hourly wage of $15.00, plus our comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities across our brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background checks required by law.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.

• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
