CheckSmart in Fort Wright, KY is hiring a Customer Service Representative to help communities access financial solutions. You will process transactions and support in-store experiences while building connections with a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, MS Office and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required. Compliance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information into a POS system with precision.
• Participate in daily call campaigns and assist in account management.
• Attend in-store events and perform duties outside the office as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and adhere to security and opening/closing procedures.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks to meet targets.
