A Plus Garage Doors is hiring a Customer Service Representative in West Valley City, UT. This on-site hourly role focuses on helping customers by phone, email, and chat, delivering empathetic and efficient service and supporting a fast-paced service operation.

You’ll collaborate with technicians and staff, learn our products, and grow with a local company that values career advancement and customer satisfaction. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer service role (home services or tech industry experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (but we’ll train the right person!)
• A team player who’s excited about growth and contributing to success
• High school diploma or equivalent
