Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide fast and friendly service to customers. The role requires reading, writing and speaking English, basic math for store forms, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to eight hours.

The CSR engages with fellow employees, stocks shelves, checks prices, and may work full or part-time. Training on computer systems is provided and the position emphasizes teamwork and daily store maintenance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or ability to provide fast, friendly service.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for store forms.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service to customers.
