Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver fast, friendly service to every customer. The role requires standing for up to eight hours, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic computer skills. Hours are hourly and may be full or part-time, with shifts assigned by the General Manager.

The CSR will engage customers, help with stocking and merchandising, and maintain store cleanliness and safety as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable using a computer and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Cooperate with fellow employees in a productive manner.
• Stock shelves and coolers; check identification and pricing of merchandise.
• Retrieve merchandise for customers; assist with stocking and cleaning tasks.
• Clean windows, gas price signs, and floors; sweep and mop as needed.
• Tend to the parking lot and surrounding grounds; assist with sanitation and safety.
