Job summary

Lowe’s in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and assist with their home improvement needs. You’ll guide product selection, help locate items, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

You’ll work in a store environment, interact with customers throughout the day, and may assist with loading merchandise and processing orders. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience using a computer or retail tech devices.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate products and assist with merchandise handling.
• Stock replenishment and shelf organization to ensure availability.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare and arrange department merchandise per customer needs.
