Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass initial background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls promptly during business hours.
• Respond to voicemails and messages from answering service.
• Respond to inbound email correspondence and forward as appropriate.
• Greet customers and showroom visitors (if applicable).
• Screen incoming leads/potential customers.
• Schedule estimate appointments.
• Assist estimators with follow-up on pending sales/quotes by phone or email.
• Check order confirmations from fabricators/vendors for size and pricing accuracy.
• Filing of daily work orders and estimates.
• Keep the office clean and tidy.
• Additional duties as applicable.
