Qualifications
Candidates must be able to pass initial background check and drug test.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls promptly during business hours.
Respond to any voicemails.
Respond to inbound email correspondence, forward as appropriate.
Greet customers and visitors to the showroom.
Screen incoming leads/potential customers.
Schedule estimate appointments.
Quote product by telephone for clients/customers.
Assist Estimators with follow up on pending sales/quotes.
Strategically schedule work appointments for Installation Technicians.
Troubleshoot issues from field if needed.
Check order confirmations from fabricators/vendors.
Filing of daily work orders and estimates.
Ordering of all office/shop supplies.
Keeping office clean/tidy.
