FASTSIGNS of Dublin, California is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the initial contact for current and prospective customers and help them navigate orders, timing, and service options.

This role involves learning to prepare estimates, implement work orders, ensure timely delivery, and help with follow-ups, all while supporting daily team meetings and helping to execute business and marketing plans.

Qualifications

• Retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• Outgoing and able to build relationships.
• Strong listening and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using a computer and handling multiple tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center.
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
• Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.
