This role supports busy store operations with stocking, checkout assistance, and customer guidance. The position emphasizes strong communication, basic math, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties with prolonged standing/sitting.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.
• 6 months of Retail and/or customer service experience (preferred).
• Bi-lingual skills (preferred).
• Certification in department trade (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and keeping shelves organized.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, lumber).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
