Job summary

Molly Maid is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a key member of the team, handling service requests and customer complaints while upholding our values of respect and courtesy.

This role requires two years admin and call center experience, strong written and verbal communication, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Pay ranges from $13 to $17 per hour with daytime hours across franchise locations.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
• Perform marketing functions to sell additional work and earn business
• Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and resolve breakage issues
• Perform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventory
• Assist with personnel management, including hiring and recruiting functions
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
