Adecco is recruiting a Customer Service Representative in Whitehall, OH on behalf of a local client. The role supports customers by phone, email, and in-person inquiries, processing orders and resolving issues, with opportunities to assist in warehousing.

This assignment offers a Monday–Friday schedule, the Aspire Academy perks, and weekly pay with a $20.00/hour rate, designed to develop customer service skills in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Outgoing and sales oriented personality.
• Passion for customer service.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong PC skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders by phone or electronically.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers.
• Communicate with customers.
• Resolve customer requests promptly (logistics, inventory, etc.).
• Maintain and distribute product literature.
• Assist in the warehouse; forklift experience is a plus.
• Additional duties may be required.
