U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and assist customers with equipment and rentals. You will work with a team to ensure customers get help during their journeys, inspecting and maintaining equipment and using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return gear.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluids.
• Explain products and services to customers and answer questions.
