Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service to customers at our West Virginia location. The role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating a computer/POS system.

Training will cover pricing, identification checks, and safe handling of merchandise. Hours are hourly with no guaranteed weekly hours, and the position may be full-time or part-time, supervised by the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand, write, and communicate in English.
• Able to perform basic math for store forms.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to eight hours.
• Able to work with a computer and learn POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service to customers.
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining clean store areas.
• Check identification and pricing of merchandise.
• Enter and work in cooler/freezer periods as needed.
• Flexible hours with no guaranteed weekly hours.
