The role includes on-the-job education, paid interviews, and bonus opportunities upon completion of the hiring process and certification programs, with a customer-first mindset and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills for handling customers face-to-face and over the phone.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly to customers.
• Comfort with using mobile tech to manage rentals and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot and educate customers.
