Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team, helping customers with products, rentals, and equipment inspections.

You’ll use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to dispatch and return equipment and assist customers on the lot. The role offers on-the-job education, with two hands-on interviews paid, a $100 hiring bonus, and an additional $300 upon completion of the 1-2-3 Punch Certification Program at stores.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and answer questions from customers.
